Sorting Widget Settings
Customize the title, criteria, and order for sorting posts, including custom field sorting and predefined sorting options.
Options:
| Setting | Purpose | Details |

| Sort Title | Specify a title for the sorting option. | Enter a title to display for the sorting control. |
| Sort By | Choose the sorting criteria for posts. | Select from Default, Date, Last Modified, Random, Comment Count, Title, Post ID, Author, Menu Order, Relevance, Custom Field, or Custom Field (Numeric). |
| Field Key | Specify the meta key for custom field sorting. | Enter the meta key for sorting. Available when “Sort By” is set to Custom Field or Custom Field (Numeric). |
| Order | Choose the sorting direction. | Select from ASC (ascending) or DESC (descending). |
| Sorting Options | Manage a list of predefined sorting options. | Configure a list with titles and criteria. Defaults include: Sort by default, Sort by title: alphabetical (ASC), Sort by title: reverse (DESC), By date: newest first (DESC), By date: oldest first (ASC). |
